Honeywell Welcomes Six Additions to Dealer Service Certification Program

Dealers Attain Certification for Providing Exemplary Service to Customers

LOUISVILLE, Aug. 11, 2010 – Honeywell (NYSE:HON) today announced the certification of six dealers to the Honeywell Integrated Security (HIS) Dealer Service Certification program, which recognizes security dealers and integrators for providing exceptional service in helping their customers reap the benefits of integrated security systems.

“We developed the HIS Dealer Service Certification program because we recognize that successful dealers deliver high quality service to help them improve customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty,” said Gene Iannaccone, program director, Honeywell Systems. “By emphasizing great service, these dealers differentiate themselves from the competition and create value for their customers.”

The goal of the program is to achieve and maintain the highest level of dealer and end user satisfaction for security installations and service. It sets rigorous service requirements for dealers who wish to attain service certification and measures their performance. Dealers can achieve Platinum, Gold or Silver level designations.

The six dealers recently added to the program include:

North American Video, Pine Brook, NJ – North American Video, recognized at the Platinum level, has built a reputation for excellence by delivering world class integrated security solutions to industry leaders in markets including gaming, education, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, transportation, critical infrastructure, government, healthcare, financial and retail.

Security Corporation, Novi, MI – Security Corporation, also recognized as a Platinum dealer, has been solving the security and protection needs of its customers for more than 30 years using the most robust, cutting edge security components and software available.
