Dear Valued System Integrator,
Due to declining sales and increased production costs, Integrated Security is announcing that it is phasing out the manufacture of Model 1030, 1040, 1050 and 1060 analog command keys.
This was a decision not easily reached. The Integrated Security analog command key (access credential) started the proximity access control industry and has been in continuous production for over 30 years.
Effective May 31, 2003, Integrated Security will no longer accept orders for the Model 1030 and 1040 keys. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
It is anticipated that the Model 1050 and 1060 keys will be available until the end of 2004, but in limited skin colors.
Please contact your Customers who use these credentials as soon as possible to determine their needs on these products. Again, the last date that Integrated Security will accept orders for Model 1030 and 1040 command keys is May 31, 2003.
Additionally, we are announcing that all analog credentials shipped as of today will now carry a one year warranty.
Integrated Security continues to offer a series of conversion solutions that allow your Customer to retain a large part of their analog system investment - the wiring plan and in most cases the software, controllers and other hardware. Contact your Regional Sales Manager for assistance in developing a migration strategy for those Customers who desire to make the transition to digital cards and readers.
If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact us as soon as possible.
